NextGen — Shipping Policy

  1. Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Custom or bulk orders may take longer; estimated lead times will be noted on the product page or at checkout.
  1. Domestic Shipping (Australia)
  • We ship from Sydney, NSW. Standard shipping typically takes 2–7 business days depending on destination and carrier. Expedited options are available at checkout.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and selected service.
  1. International Shipping
  • We ship internationally where available. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processes—expect 7–21+ business days. Import duties, taxes or customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • NextGen is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
  1. Carriers & Tracking
  • We use reputable carriers and provide tracking information once your order ships. You will receive an email with tracking details.
  • Please allow 24 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear.
  1. Risk, Delivery & Signature
  • Risk passes to you upon delivery. If you require signature on delivery, select that option if available. We are not responsible for parcels marked delivered by the carrier.
  • If an item appears damaged, refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately.
  1. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments
  • Notify support@nextgen.com.au within 7 days of expected delivery for missing, delayed or damaged items, including your order number and photos if damaged. We will assist with carrier claims and provide repair, replacement or other remedies in line with our policies and Australian Consumer Law.
  1. Returns for Faulty Items
  • For faulty or incorrect items, follow the returns procedure in our No‑Refund Policy. Contact support with photos and details; we will advise next steps.
  1. Shipping Insurance
  • Shipping insurance may be offered at checkout. If you decline insurance, you accept the carrier’s standard liability limits.
  1. Address Changes & Failed Deliveries
  • Check your shipping address carefully before confirming your order. Address changes after dispatch may incur additional fees. Returned parcels due to incorrect address or unclaimed deliveries may incur re-shipment fees.
