Refund policy

NextGen No‑Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for purchases of templates, jigs, gadgets or other products sold through this website.
  • If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, NextGen will provide a repair, replacement or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees under the ACL cannot be excluded by this policy.
  • To request a remedy for a faulty or damaged product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description to: support@nextgen.com.au. We will respond within 5 business days with return or remedy instructions.
  • Returned items must be unused (unless defective), include original packaging, and be shipped at the buyer’s expense unless NextGen arranges or agrees to cover return postage. We recommend using a tracked service.
  • If NextGen determines a replacement or repair is appropriate, we will ship the replacement at no additional cost. If a refund is required under law, we will issue it within 14 days of confirming the eligible claim using the original payment method.
  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
